It frustrates me that there has been little content in the last few weeks, but we’re still working on it. The future is looking hopeful, however, as some of our problems have been remedied and Maciej is getting settled in. You can expect an update from him in the next few days. For now, though, I leave you a message of hope and a few fun links to appease your boredom with us:

About a week ago I was surfing the Blogosphere and somewhere found a link to GraphJam, a blog that posts humorous pop culture jokes in graph form. The site posts about three or four a day, and I find many of them to be quite witty. I’ve found there to be lots of jokes relating to rappers as well as a significant number from classic songs from the 80s and 90s. I’ve really enjoyed the site and think it’s worth a look.
Admittedly, I know they weren’t the first to do this. I’ve seen these things on Flickr before in the Song Chart pool, and they have a more extensive collection there. I also understand that Something Awful Forums have done these in the past (figures, eh?) as has some other site they give credit to. The reason I promote GraphJam, though, is not the quality, as they all are pretty similar in that some of the graphs are funny and some not; rather, GraphJam is in blog form thus making it possible to subscribe to their RSS feed and have a few funny images delivered to you each day.
So try it out. And speaking of RSS feeds, subscribe to ours, too!

This has been quite a week for me. I thought I would be able to relax a bit after last week’s busyness, but I was sure wrong. Aside from reading a lot in my classes, I’ve had the great pleasure of being involved in two really exciting worship gatherings. The first started off as a class worship time and turned into a full-scale revival-type confessional meeting. It was amazing to see the way that people were broken and vulnerable in front of so many people — so much so that it was done again the next night. Those went on for a long time and kept me pretty busy, for sure.
I’m pretty sure Maciej’s been running around lately, too. As far as I know, tomorrow’s moving day for him. Who knows when he’ll be able to sit down and write some more posts.
We’re still struggling through some technical problems with this blog so that’s sorta why we haven’t stepped up the rate of posting. Because of some issues, we’re unable to reach the audience we had desired, and we’re trying to get that fixed first.
I’ll leave you with that for now. Hope you all have a great weekend!
